Paradiplomacy Scholars Network

Paradiplomacy Scholars Network is an international community of researchers and practitioners exploring the global roles of cities and regions. We connect scholars across disciplines and regions through seminars, publications, and collaborative initiatives focused on subnational diplomacy. 

One of the key achievements of our Network is the Routledge Handbook of Paradiplomacy –  a comprehensive global reference work devoted entirely to the study of subnational diplomacy. Bringing together contributors from all continents, the Handbook offers theoretical, methodological, and empirical perspectives on paradiplomacy across regions and world contexts. 

We are proud to curate the Routledge Studies on Paradiplomacy and City Diplomacy, a leading publication series dedicated to research on subnational diplomacy.
